Description:

The wok takes natural gas, liquefied gas, or piping gas as the fuel. The horizontal coiled mixer may mix the foods in the wok. The work may be inclined for removing the foods. Monitoring and inspection can be also fitted with more intelligent temperature sensors. Auto alarming signals will be displayed when failure occurs
  It is applicable for vegetables, seasonings, medicine, and braising. It is usually applied for mixture and braising in catering and food processing industry.
Main structure and working principles
  The pot is composed of carrier, gas stove, wok, inclinable device, mixer, and hydraulic system
  Add edible oil after turn on the gas and ignition switch. When the oil temperature reaches the cooking level, add ingredients. Start the mixer motor. The mixer axe will drive the mixer plate to rotate. Turn off the gas after the foods are cooked. Rotate the handle to remove the foods into the container by the coiled rotary device
